Your DESIGNER will produce a cover that is professionally designed to depict the subject matter of your book or will create a design that incorporates an image that you supply -- with or without alterations, as you wish. (See below.*) Your designer will select the best matching lettering style for the wording of your title and use customized layout for your interior pages with chapter borders and special lettering for chapter heads. |

SENIOR DESIGNERS will confer to create a cover design that is guaranteed to have very high visibility when viewed on bookshelves in bookstores. High visibility means that your book will be noticed more easily by customers who are browsing in the stores. It also means that it is more likely to be remembered when your book is seen in reviews in newspapers and when flashed on-screen during television interviews. If you wish, you can supply an image to be incorporated. (See below.*)
Your interior will receive handcrafted layout of the text in your interior. Most books in the world are created with the use of automatic text formatting -- like that used by Microsoft Word. In handcrafted layout, your designer will force the text to shorten or lengthen and will manipulate other elements in a professional layout program to make each page look and read better than pages that are created with automatic adjustments.

Level 5: Top-of-the-Line Design
is estimated upon request. Level 5 begins at $2,500.

If your book's page count is more than 200 pages, there is a charge of $1.75 for each additional page that is billed after layout has been completed.
Additional Charges
You may begin your services without paying any additional charges at this time. If you have special requests, they will be estimated and billed only if you approve them.
We'll place up to five of your photographs and other images at no additional charge. We'll place others for $4 each IF they are submitted in the proper format. (We'll give the formatting details to you.) If you want us to format them for you, they're $9 each, which includes placement.
* If you need
illustrations and/or graphics that are created based on your particular specifications, they are available at per-hour rates. Alterations also are done at per-hour rates. Both are estimated upon request and begun only upon your approval.
