If your manuscript is too large to submit by email,
either send a compressed file
or make a second copy of your file,
remove the images, and send only the text.
(The images can be added at a later time.)

How to submit your manuscript as an
EMAIL ATTACHMENT

1. Open your email program as you normally do when you write an email.
2. In the "To" line, type:
3. In the "Subject" line, type:
"MANUSCRIPT FOR PUBLICATION" in uppercased and lowercased letters EXACTLY as shown here.
Reason: We get so much email that we might NOT see yours if you do not include those exact words.
4. In the message area of your email,
type all of your Required Information.
(See the right column.)
5. Attach your manuscript's document to your email. (Click the icon of your email program that looks like a paperclip or has "Attach" in the wording.)
6. Send your email.

1. your full name
2. your most frequently used email address
3. your daytime telephone number
4. the title of your manuscript
5. your street address
6. the date of your purchase of publication services
7. your website address, if any

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SUBMIT
MY MANUSCRIPT?
1. We will send an email in one to two business days after your submission has been received.
2. Your manuscript will be evaluated and you'll receive the results.
3. Your manuscript will be scheduled for publication or for other services (if any), according to your instructions after step #2.
Some manuscripts do not need editing. When they do, we ask authors if they would like to receive several options for editing services -- or if they want to go straight to publication without editing.
