Each graphics file must be reviewed before publication. There is never any review charge for any graphics file that is produced by us. If authors choose to provide their own cover files and/or interior files, there is no review charge for the submission of the first set. Subsequently submitted author-provided files incur a review charge of $45 per file. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to detect every problem in author-provided files that cause printing errors.
The creation of a review book prior to publication is suggested, but it is not required. A review book is a printed book that shows how the finished book will look so that, if necessary, changes can be made before publication occurs.
